I checked my account yesterday and didn't use any minutes or sms and def not 420mg of data went to bed and woke up to nil balances. And when I called the Vodacom customer care number. The system seems to be down and they'll call you back. The first I didn't even get a call back I had to drive to vodaworld. And they're always trying to sell you itemized billing. I want to know how I get a bill when you still have credit on all the bundles you get on the contract, what am I paying for?
