Please let me know by the date and time when my mini-DSLAM will be upgraded to support 10 Mbps? I am tired of the slow speeds of 4 Mbps aren't we living in the 21st century too? Do you think because we live in Lichtenburg that we cannot get 10 Mbps in the suburbs? Do you know why the uptake of your services is so slow? It's because of your incompetence and unproductive ways and lack of good services to clients. If you maybe one day start to listen to your clients then you may have 60% Internet penetration in the country, but no you only follow the $$$! off!
