Bad Service and client Service

Our Telephone line as been cut off, This makes the ADSL internet connection not working. A business is run threw that line and no emails or faxes can get threw.

Have been phoning the hole week to get someone out to fix this problem from TELKOM side. All i get is the same answer. Will mark it emergency?

To top this of our bill gets paid in time or advanced! Each day (4 Months now) I receive a SMS on a new cellphone number that no one has, except RICA, warning another person to pay their bills before the line gets disconected. Even when i have phoned them telling them its wrong number they have...
