Due to the storm our lines were down from 19/10/2013 we called Telkom on 21/10/2013 we waited on the line for 40 minutes eventually gave up called again on the 23/10/2013 waited for 20 minutes eventually got a response got a ref number. apparently there is a backlog due to the storm understandably but my point is that we stay in Kensignton and everyday there are 5 telkom vans parked on the street making coffee or tea and sitting in the vans then again when we come home midday there are still parked there having lunch so tell me where is the freaking backlog the technicians are claiming they working which is a whole lot of BS. we still don't have our phone working and the audacity of Telkom if we waste their time in coming out we get charged how about paying us money when they waste our time by not coming to fix our lines.
