AGAIN we are sitting with our lines being suspended due to the incompetance of 8ta... i am so sick of this. Everytime to get through to someone new they request we email through proof of payment and they will escelate it further and our lines will be connected the same day... STILL WAITING. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF OUR LIVES WAS TAKING OUT ALL OUR CONTRACTS THROUGH 8TA, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF.
