I am a client of Telkom, my mobile and internet lines has been suspended, after they have billed me extra on my contracts on which we have not agreed on, I started to enquire about 1 months ago and they still investigating, my lines are now suspended and still the problem cant be resolved, I am sending emails, complaints, and treat them with the media but nothing, for almost 2 weeks now everday some different is calling me, but no one can really help, I am frustrated with 8ta and would like to know why they cant resolve the problem, what is Mr Spies saying about this services?
