On the 23rd Oct at 17:55:59 I went to buy Data Bundles for Internet at CNA Sunward Park. After having loaded them my balance still showed R0. I spoke to Thabo at the call center who asked Lucky to help and he didn't. I entrusted into MTN and supported them only to be robbed of R200. The vouchers were R50 each and I cannot just loose all that money without service.
I want MTN to rectify the problem ASAP
