After receiving a call from the call centre and being offered the Simple Plan 3 at Telkom, I decided to go into Telkom and enquire on the information I received.
Hellen went the extra mile to assist my husband and I and I must say we felt so comfortable and pleased with the service received and am extremely happy that we went into the Clearwater branch. The call centre told me installation takes 2- 4 weeks and that I should make a payment of R2400 for the installation. However, installation is being done this Friday and no payment needed to be made on my side!
