As an existing customer, I wished to change my cellphone contract from another supplier to MTN (I have a data bundle). Although I received my original contract through the Queenswood branch, I decided to go to the Brooklyn branch. Let me begin by saying that I am a student, and I'd never had a credit record before dealing with your company. However, I do have a steady part time job and can easily afford an Any Time 100 deal. I have been to the Brooklyn branch on several occasions as, despite dealing with three diferent people, I have not heard anything back from them. When I went there today, I was, rather rudely, told by Olga that it was not my credit limit that was the issue (as I had been told on Sunday by someone else). Rather, there was a limit set by MTN which prevented me from qualifying for the contract, but which she was unable to find out the amount or even phone headoffice to confirm. It is terribly disheartening that a cellphone company, which has failed to phone me back on 3 occasions or reply to my email, seems so unwilling to help. I am at the end of my tether: all I want is a phone.
