We saw the advert in the paper about the cat litter of 10kg that were advertised for R12.49. We forgot our leaflet at home so when we got at the store we took 1 at the front of the store and saw that we were not mistaken, the cat litter was still for the same price. Nowhere in the store there were a sign that said that the price is wrong. We went to the racks were all the cat accesories were stored and found no product that were advertised in the leaflet or any pricing label or barcode. So we ask 1 of the people that were working there and he said they must be out of stock. So off he went to check if there are any at the storeroom. He came back and told us they were out off stock. i asked him now where on the racks were the pricing label that there any put out on the racks. I asked this for the fact that I know some retailers only get a few items to draw customers to their store and if u are there and see the items are out u buy the more expensive items because u dont want to come all the way back.
So off he went to talk to the manager and another customer also asked for the same thing and we went to see the manager and we were informed that there was a missprint in their leaflet.
