A MERE BILLING ISSUE WHERE VODACOM IS IN THE WRONG
Please refer to the last complaint for a more detailed story. Shortly, I upgraded with Vodacom on the 25/09/2013, the phone was faulty, took it back the next day, they then had to reverse the upgrade in order for me to take another phone... for some reason it took Vodacom 9 days to finally get it ...
