I took a contract phone in august, which comes out with R200 airtime, 200MG (DATA) and 200 sms's, this was according to the promotion.on my invoices, i do not see these adjustments but im being charged from when the invoice opens.i had to hold for an hour last week speaking to the callcentre agent which wasted my time.
mtn better explain where all these benefits go and better show it on my invoice.this is my 3rd query and still no response.it better be someone who works with invoices who will answer this not some callcentre agent because i want a detailed break down and a very good explanation.
im done conplaining, next thing i will bring back this phone.i will not stand this
