Follow up to previous report... I am still unsatisfied with your response! When I took the contract I was told my credit limit IS my bill limit i.e. the maximum I would ever be liable for in 1 month would be the credit limit set by MTN! I was clearly misinformed! And now I have to pay?! Sorry! I did my due diligence and if MTN expect me to pay because their staff are not properly trained on how their billing system works...
