Hi, I have a contract that i recently took out with Nashua Mobile, Westiville Pavilion. In my Fourth month currently.
After the 1st month i experienced issues where i lost signal on my phone without knowing (Signal bars on my phone was full), my data was active but i could not recieve calls, sms's etc and i would only know that my phone was not active if i made a call or if someone told me that they could not get through to me!
This happened intermittently, so i went to Nashau to complain who said that cell c would contactme. They have since contacted me, with false promises and its been 3 months that i have this problem. This is not an issue of no signal. There is an issue and i would like a resolution asap!
