They your money via false subscription

Got an extremely high bill from Vodacom and when querried, I was told that this is for a subscription service to Cell spice from Mira Networks. I have never subscribed to this and do not even reply to suspicious sms's.

You are from the public with your practises. As I see from your other replies to the other customers you have robbed, it is illegal to automatically subscribe to a sms should the consumer not respond. Please get a copy of the Consumer Protection Act and study it.
Please note that I am not going to give you my cell phone number as I know you are going to do the same to that number as well. the number supplied is for the data contract with Vodacom and I am unable to see the sms send to this number. You may only reply to me by email.
