Just now I called Telkom Mobile to change the account my debit order goes off from. After the whole spiel the agent told me that I must go into a branch as per her manager and fill in a form. I told her I will cancel my contract... her answer oh ok!!!
The CEO say he does not understand why people's perception of Telkom does not change!! HELLLOOO. Lets start at customer service!
