Since my previous complaint on 13 September re not receiving all my sms's and mms's I have indeed been contacted by CellC, but has my problem been properly addressed or even been close to solving??? NO!!! NO!!! NO!!! Not at all!!! Since my last e-mail to a Charlene Adams stating that my problem still exists (19 September), I have not heard a peep from them. I have changed phones over the last month to see if the handset is not the problem, but that is not the case.
To add to this, I have been experiencing problems with the calls as well. I will still be speaking to somebody and all of a sudden there is total silence or the person on the other side cannot hear me and I have to call again. This happens with regular frequency.
This is so frustrating and unsatisfactory and I cannot wait to cancel my contract once the expiry date comes up. I will NOT refer anyone to CellC - they may be the cheapest of the cellphone providers, but I can see why - because they cannot deliver all your messages or give an uninterrupted call service to their clients!! Bad, bad service!
