Iv been calling telkom trying find out what it is that's happening on my account I called them beging of july to tell them that I'm moving that was done but they still go to try and debit my account I call and ask what's happening first consultant wrapps up the call on me and I asked nicesly I call again the second one transferes me to sello he explains to me what's happening on my account but still doesn't make sense then I ask for a statment to be sent to me he assures me that he had sent it I check my emails its not there I call again and still don't get assistance cause this time I'm speaking a lady by the name of mpho and she just ask me to stay on the line and there's nothing but dead air now I just don't understand if that's customer service when I was applying for the telkom line everything was profectionall but to get an explanation its now some how dificult to get an answe
