I Signed up with Cell C in about March for the Great offer of 2GB for R99.00 as well as another contract for 2GB and 10GB Giganite for R130.00.
Since I signed up, I have not once paid the correct amount. According to my calculations I should be paying in the region of R230.00 but each month I pay more than R300.00.
I have called to find out what is going on since I never exceed my cap. The first lady I spoke too agreed that I had not exceeded my cap but could not tell me why I was paying more. I was told the problem would be elevated to someone higher and they would get back to me. In the mean time it has been about 3-4 months and they just keep billing me but no-one seems interested in calling me back.
Another thing is that the data signal is SHOCKING and I cant stay connected to the web for than 30min without the line being dropped.
I had shocking service with Cell C many years ago and I thought after all this time it would have changed... guess my assumptions were incorrect.
Cell C will never see me again.
