I've been calling 8ta for some two months requiring a refund after i was incorrectly billed. Before i could loose my cool this lady calls me and tells me that they see that i've been calling the call centre regularly and asked if i am getting satisfactory service and asked for the case number.
I gave my story and my details and she promised to get someone to call me back from the billing department and within an hour i got that call and the lady promised to get my refund sorted in 5 to 7 days. 3 days after, the money is in the bank.
