ACTIVATES INCORRECT CONTRACT ON SMARTPHONE UPGRADE

I was due for an upgrade in the 5 October 2013. I went to mtn store canal walk at about 20:30.i was then assisted by niyaaz that was in such a hurry to get done he upgraded me to blackberry inclusive package when I was taking out the new samsung.i asked him to include insurance and he probably thought more work.i filled in the insurance forms and up today my phone is still not insured. On that same day I asked him for a pouch for my phone and he said that they were sold out.then I walked to pouches section and wanted 1 he then tells me im sorry I cant ring that up for you now because we already cashed up.this is bad service and did not expect it from mtn CANAL WALK CAPE TOWN!!
