3 MONTHS AND STILL NO WORD!!!

18 OCTOBER 2013... GOING FOR 3 MONTHS AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY BB!!! I just called customer services & apparently my bb is STILL NOT AT THE REPAIR CENTRE!!! I AM DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE RECEIVED ALL ROUND. Credited for 1 month but still no phone??? autopage has been the worst company i have dealt with, PATHETIC!!!
