Ive written a report regarding my insurance issue with vodacom & I was informed that I will be contacted within 54 hours excluding weekends. Its Friday the 18th of October no email, phonecall or sms was given to me regarding the status of the investigation or whatever is being done by vodacom. I'm paying for certain things on my account like BIS & the wrong insurance (which I don't need) & yet come the 25th vodacom wont hesitate to debit my account. I'm getting real frustrated because I'm using a lousy old nokia which speaker phone has the tendency of working when it wants to i don't have money to buy a brand new phone and yet I must beg for answers. We get told they value us as customers but is this how you treat a valued customer. This week marks a month after my phone was & l made a complaint yet I'm still waiting to be spoken to i must say this service I'm getting is horrendous.
If possible could some-one please rectify my situation immediately & can I be compensated ASAP for being issued the wrong insurance because if I get debited for wrong insurance again in the month of October then I myself will escalate the matter using legal channels. Ive waited long enough
