VODACOM ISSUES ONCE AGAIN!!!

They disconnected my account in october because they were who overbilled me by R4000 for data, i had been arguing and fighting for MONTHS over this and they eventually admitted they were wrong and re-imbursed me for R4000 and re-instated my account ONLY after I complained with "Hello Peter" after weeks and weeks of calls, emails, going to the shop etc!!! When they re-instated it they never re-instated my insurance, so when i took my phone in in december, they said it was insured, fixed it, and then told me it wasnt insured & I need to pay R2500!!! I have had NO phone since then as i refuse to pay this. Have emailed the insurance, called, gone into the shop & AS usual NOTHING. I refused to pay my account this month until it was sorted out, so as USUAL vodacom has blocked my account without helping me with MY problem, and its like talking to a brick wall with customer care!!! I am going to write a SCATHING report all over Face book where i have 5000 friends and to the newspaper and will be sending a lawyers letter - I am sick to death of Vodacom and this needs to be sorted out ASAP!!!
