Even though the persons taking the calls at MTN Coverage not always (generalizing!) not that warm and fuzzy. Always getting the BEST in response from the guys in the field/on the road. With And? being the best in example.
Call logged as result of lightning taking out the power supply to my cell phone repeater with reference 0044800 quite late in the afternoon. An SMS from And? the next morning at 08h46 "Hi.. I will come by and drop it off this morning". With all restored long before the days work presure started escalating!! Thanks And? and well done MTN!!
