I paid more than what I was supposed to pay on my Hetzner account a while back. I knew my outstanding balance very well but I paid more than the balance itself. I was shocked when I looked at my statement that the account was balanced that even the excess that I paid (so I could have credit in my account) was not there. It was as if what I paid, including the excess, was what I was owing. Now recently I paid again, with R200. After that I received an e-mail from hetzner's accounts dep saying that my account is up to date and they do not know what the R200 was for, and that they will wait for month end so they refund me. To my surprise, the day after my account was suspended and got a message that I should make an immediate payment.

I sent an e-mail to Hetzner to declare my dissatisfaction and that I will not continue a business relationship with them.
