Absolute Shocking Customer Service

I am utterly dissatisfied with this service, although I have cancelled my contract with you. I have made numerous calls to getting my back phone cover and battery that is still at the store. I had my phone picked up two weeks ago from your store without my cover and battery. I had called the store, spoke to your manager Vikeshni. She has been stringing me for two weeks now. I was told the cover is broken and it will be replaced. Still nothing has been delivered. I have made so many calls and still, nothing comes of it. There is no courtesy calls from your store at all to advise me on anything. This is not my first complaint about your service and yet you seem to still give me poor service. I would never recommend Autopage Westwood or Pavillion branch to anyone. I highly doubt you know what customer service is and how important it is.
