I went through for a normal upgrade to Altech Sandton City. I asked the consultant what phone options i had without paying in on a phone. I was told the blackberry 9320 which i then took. when my statement came through i realised that i was being charged for the phone. i contacted them telephonically and got nowhere. A week later i went to the store and explained the situation and wanted feedback by 5pm on the Monday. it's been a week now and still no contact. if i wanted to pay in on a phone, i would have chosen something more fancy. i am considering giving back the phone and cancelling the contract as the sales consultants don't listen to what the customer is requesting and neither do the aftersales consultants. They just dont care cause i would still have to pay. I dont feel that is fair to us that work hard for what we want.
