Debit order mess up

I singed contract to be debited on 1st they changed it to 5th no funds thus they handed me over to nudebt telk500618139G they tryed another three times on the 13th, 20th, 25th after I made a manual payment on 10th of September thus charging me a total of R460 in bouncing fees I feel they in breach of my contract and I should be refunded R460 they did not even bother to phone or SMS me on 0721959872 they smsed my data sim I don't check SMS I always payed them no problem until they altered debit date.telkombi50061813901004562019 tele phone account 9892 G.C.Holder I have lodged complaint they decline my dispute. I feel they take back there tablet 8.9 and sim we call it quits I'm really not happy. The sim number for contract is 0817407405 or they refund me R460-00.
