My Internet bundle has not reset from the 1st of October 2013. after numerous shop visits and plenty e-mails I could do only from wifi at home. its bin 17 days without Internet on my mobile tab. I run all my work emails from there and cannot conduct properly to my clients without proper communication. 8ta sent a tech person to me who found nothing wrong with de device settings, it shows on their system that the bundle is available but it hasn't't reset on my side. there is nobody to complain to and nobody that is prepared to look at my problem even after fighting with the staff in greenstone mall Edenvale. I pay for this service and expect them to supply me with what i pay for if not they are in breech of contract. witch is punishable by law.
