I pay my account every month and for the last year I have been having issues where after payment before the actual due date I get threatening smses that my account will be suspended even after paying at one of their Autopage stores and faxing proof of payment. I have even called them and provided the receipt number and on the same day I call their call centre 3 times my phone gets suspended. Whether paying by debit order or cash my experience has been the same. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but this is not customer service this is BLATANT INCOMPETENCE. Even when trying to speak to a manager there is never one available. I have been with this company for close to 15 years and this is unacceptable. Service like this appalling and I would recommend that if you are with this company or thinking of going with them please re-think that decision for your own sake.
