Nightmare staff in call centre at MTN

My iphone was in the supermarket last night at around 7pm.

I called MTN customer service line at about 7.45pm, provided my IMEI no, requested Ellen to block my Sim Card and blacklist my phone. I also emailed her and customer service my IMEI number

I received ref nos: 1051 46136 and 1051 46133 for blacklisting and blocking of sim card.

It is now 17 hours since my request that my phone be blacklisted and it wasn't done!

I am sitting in the MTN Morningside Centre right now kicking up a storm. My voice has been raised and other customers have heard me loudly talk about MTN call centre staff lying to me (Ellen).

Do you really want to damage your brand by not training your call centre staff to be honest and industrious?

Pathetic that we have to deal with crime in the country and then people who do not tell the truth in the MTN call centre too!!!
