Shocking Service

My wife renew her cellular contract and received an I Phone on 26 Jan 2013, (10H00) with a SIM swap. Enrico of the Autopage outlet promised that the SIM will be activate within 24 hours. After many phone call to Enrico & Anneke the SIM is still not activated 72 hours later. It seem that they are only interested in selling the product and if the phone and SIM is not working they just ignore you. This is shocking!!!
