Grant money gone bcz of airtime

I brought 15 rand airtime using umoya manje system, so when i try to purchase another one it says iv reached the daily limit, and i called umoya manje to ask wt happened they said thes another number who brought airtime using my sassa number 99 rand aitime, so please help me where can i go because even next month they wil always use my sassa card
