My telephone and ADSL line stopped working yesterday at 12:00. I reported the error via the web; I reported the error by SMS to 320212 at least three times from yesterday. Every time I get a reference number (555CTK141013) but nobody attends to the problem. My email business is at a standstill from yesterday. I am a pastor but nobody can contact me and I can contact nobody. No email, no calls, no internet. Is there anybody left in Telkom that can assist me in getting the service I am billed for???
