After Signing a six month contract to rent out a flat with them and the termination date on the contract stated 31/1/2013 and then asking to do a month to month contract with them just for one more month so that the house we want to move in on the 1st of March is open. When all was said and fine over the phone and we where assured that at the end of this month we will receive our deposit back only to get told that we will not get our deposit back now because we did not wright them a letter. And after twenty minutes on the phone with Lukas the estate agent with him arguing with me that we signed a month to month contract (which we did not because it was all verbal) said we signed the contract then put the phone down in my ear. So what is right the agreement he made with us in the beginning of the month where he said one more month is fine and you will receive your deposit or the news he gave me last night with his stinking attitude.
