Im once again experiencing unbelievable bad service I was contacted regards to outstanding amount which I must pay but I already made arrangement to pay the outstanding amounts starting the END of October. Due to your agents stating that I had no amount payable for that month you did retrieve all the voice telephonic messages that prove that I did contact your offices and request amount owed for that month which was said nothing. I've been harassed every month for outstanding balances that we came to an agreement as per your mistake. Ive been patient, tried to work with you but I have no choice but to get my lawyer involved. Please forward me the telephonic discussions I had with your agents advising me of no monies owed. I am not willing to pay the amount as I was told that I was not in arrears but up to date even though I tried confirming more than 3x to make sure as I needed to budget due to your unprofessional staff now u make it my problem. I'm getting my lawyers to contact you once I have received the calls as I'm not paying additional fees. I will pay my monthly bill and not the arrears as it was not my fault! I await the recordings on urgent basis.send me the ombuds numbe
