I have logged a call with the Wifi support because I cannot connect to the Wifi hotspots. I was told to add the mac address of the device I want to use on the self service page but the mac address dialog box on the self service only takes numbers and my mac address contains number and letters, now I was given this reference number 6862118, but I receive no feedback from them, even when I call nothing is happening, I ask to speak to a team leader and I get told the team leader is on lunch. Its been days since i logged this problem and i was told it will be resolved between 24 and 72 hours. I want answers please
