On sunday i ported my number at the southgate mall branch, received the sms with the pin on time and the consultant called for the pin. he then advised that as soon as my network drops/deregisters i should insert the 8ta sim, i did so last night at around 8pm..but then im not registered on the 8ta network..im now as good as not having a phone..im just hanging i cannot receive or make any calls..can this be sorted quick..this is inconveniencing and truly frustrating. then when i call your contact centre from a borrowed phone your IVR does not give me the option to speak to an agent..what are your call centre operating hours?
