Cancellation of cellphone contract

I cancelled my (0782774486) phone contract in January/February 2013 at Vodacom with Marlin. I filled in the necessary forms and gave a copy of My ID. My debit order still went off till September. I went to them and asked them why this is still happening? They did not know and will have a look into it. A week later I still have not heard anything from them. I went back again with bank statements to show them the debit order went off. I asked the girl who worked there for the managers email. I emailed Hendrik (manager) and asked to check in Januaries and Februaries files for any records. His reply was no files were found but we will give half of what is owed to you from March till August. I replied by saying thank you. Almost one month later still no payment or reply. I had to cancel my contract again in middle September and had to pay this cellphone contract again in October. I had to wait a week for a reference number after the girl said she will SMS me in 10 min with a reference number and I had to go back to ask for it. Poor customer service! I request a full refund please and an apology for the inconvenience they caused. Regards Anneleen Olive
