So explain this to me Vodacom; you give my PERSONAL DETAILS to "affiliates" that work for you, who then proceed to phone me and who then, after I explain that I DO NOT WANT IT, courier a new phone to me, after which this unwanted phone is activated on my account and I start being billed for a service, a phone, and a contract I NEVER WANTED.
Furthermore, when I then take this phone in its box with its millions of VODACOM logos on it to a Vodacom store, I am told that they cannot remove this contract off my accounts and cannot take this device in because "it isn't ours" and some call center I can't get through to has to take it back.
Is this the reward I get for paying my Vodacom bill on time and without any issues every month? Is your theory here that since I pay my bills so beautifully you can just add a second contract to my account, take my money, then claim it isn't you?
