Terrible Customer Service & Experience

WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS!! Do not ever walk into 8ta/Telkom Mobile Sandton City. The customer service there is horrible!!
I have a problem with my Dell laptop purchased less than three months ago, when I take it back to them I'm told that I have to take it to their repair centre myself, and they gave me the address to which I must deliver the machine... The question is, if the customer buys the product from them, why can't a customer bring it back to the same place when faulty?
To make matters worse, when I got to the repair/service centre (PartServe) I was told that they do not deal with Dell machines as they have no licence to do so. It puzzles me as to why Telkom would send me to a repair centre without checking the facts first! It clearly tells me that they are clueless and useless!!! Now I am sitting with a laptop that's not working, yet I'm paying for it each month, and I'm falling behind with my studies due to this!
I am not happy at all with the service, and this is the second time in less than a month I lodge a complaint about them, with the same contract; I have not received any feedback or action on the first complaint either! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!
