Closing a sale is easy, follow-up tells all

I was assisted by Wilmarie Bouwer at the shop on 19 September 2013. She sold me a new contract (Red Advantage) which involved sim swap etc. and various accessories to the value of R1026.98. Upon payment, I asked for a copy of the paperwork to which she replied she would email me. I am still awaiting the email, nearly one month down the line...
