So what does it take to get your attention? 7 days since my first complaint and now i have to complain that you are not responding (auto responders don't count)!!!
Please can you advise what the status of this complaint is, why my safety lock limit didn't kick in, at least give me confidence that whatever incompetence led to the first issue will not be repeated, why your call centre isn't privvy to progress on complaints, why you chose to acknowledge me but didn't bother to call me or try to understand what the issue actually is.
All these questions - but doesn't seem like anyone is listening.
