I would just like to that at 1 store we had about 10 people very upset.they had a special on WII u consoles, i phoned wednesday to find out stock and time of opening, not once did they say you can order over the net, when we arrived at 8:30 as the stores opens at 9, i was told they handed tickets out @ 7:30 not once told over ther phone the day before. when i spoke to the Manager he told me that they had 10 or so orders over the net the day before on the specials price. if the special opened on the 30th why supply stock on the 29th. the no care attitude was really bad as if they don't give a . i then phoned head office and they could not answer why the special was open on the net but not the stores or why it wasn't advertised on the pamphlet they had. this is unacceptable as far as i'm concerned. they all could have handled it better with better answers.
