1.1st week of June 2013 Incredible Connection advertised a demo GoPro camera which they said it includes memory card. When I took delivery the card was not there & my letter of complain was never replied.

2.Last week (22/08/2013) I phoned Kempton Park & Rustenburg stores about an Ipad Nano special that was running till 25/08/2013.This stores assured me they have stock & special. The problem started when I asked my nearest store to order it at Kempton Park & the customer care suddenly changed their initial confirmation of the special still being available. The emails where subsequently send to all the stores after picking this from me, that they reached a target of 500 first customers. I tried to ask for clarification of how allocation was done & as usually my letter was never replied.
