I have had bad experiences so far with any online voucher services including Ubuntu Deal and now Daddys Deal. I placed an order on 13 Dec did my payment immediately and received the confirmation of voucher on 14th. (Just a note they send you numerous reminders to pay but don't bother replying when you have queries). Coupon said 14 to 21 days so effectively I would get it end of Dec or early Jan. I emailed for an update on 02 Jan and was told to contact the supplier direct (also very unprofessional as I did not order direct from the supplier). I did that - it took a while for the supplier to even comprehend what I was talking about but told me to give it another week so I expected delivery by last week at latest. Another week has passed still no delivery and I am traveling tomorrow so there will be no one to accept receipt if the parcel ever comes. I have emailed Daddys Deals asking for an update but no response. I am for sure never using them again but I would like to know whats happening with my delivery. Please do not get your consultants to call and waste my time - email me the update and if its going to take any longer rather just give my money back.
