Poor quality device

Blackberry bold 9900, taken out on contract in feb 2013. was faulty after four weeks. was told that it will take around 4 weeks to have it repaired, and my wife just said she will live with it.

Staff at two of the stores have subsequently told me that that model is a really troublesome phone. THEN WHY DIDNT MTN REMOVE IT FROM THEIR OFFERING???!!!

issues got worse and i handed it in for repairs 2 weeks ago. got it back yesterday and it is even worse. phone jams after a minute or so. HAVE TRIED REBOOTING COUNTLESS TIME BUT THE PROBLEM PERSISTS.

My primary contract is with mtn since 1997 and others for around 6 years - a total of 28 years if you add them up.
I pay them around R1000 a month, always on time.

I guess loyalty means nothing to the "giants" and we are after all just a number and as long as the debit order goes through we will not hear from them.

Pathetic on all accounts...
