I was contacted recently by Vodacom to migrate my smart S package to a Top up package. I was informed that this would not affect my data at all. The migration was successful, however to date I have not received any of my data. Upon calling customer care numerous times AGAIN, I was then told I should visit the branch who migrated my package, that branch is in Durban, I am in Cape Town, I was called from a call centre?! I am tired of calling you guys and receiving only sms's saying my query is being investigated, nobody as contacted me yet. I am furious. I want my data, I want what I am paying for. Your debit goes off my account successfully every month. Please cancel my contract and collect your phone or advise where I can drop it off at.
