My under warranty on contract iphone 5's screen malfinctioned. I took the phone in to my local branch. Within 10 days i received a replacement (seemingly new). I am a doctor and depend on my phone for work and therefore was very upset when i received a call today to now again return my current phone (to my eye in perfect working order) to be replaced because it is faulty (?!) I will now again be phoneless for at least another week or will have to drive from worcester to montague gardens to speed up the process. I do not understand how a fault on their part is now my responsibility to sort out?
